When will I receive my order?

As of right now, all orders run on a pre-order basis. Production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Shipment to customers in the U.S. takes 3-5 business days. International orders take approximately 10 business days.


All customers will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include a tracking number once the item has been received by 1025.

My order never delivered. What should I do?

Please email support@on1025.comyour order number immediately, describing the situation in detail, and we will see how we can help. Unfortunately, 1025 will not cover any lost packages, and highly suggest filing a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Can I return my order for a refund?

All sales are final. But, If you would like to exchange sizes, you can absolutely do that! All you have to do is emailsupport@on1025.com the proper size, before the item has shipped.


If your item has already shipped, 1025 will not accept the exchange if the plastic packaging has been removed. All customers are responsible for the return shipment charges.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can make changes to your shipping address, as long as the item has not shipped during the time you make your request. All requests should be directed to:support@on1025.com.

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed. All sales are final.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! All international orders outside of the U.S., are shipped through UPS. Delivery approximately takes 7-10 business days.

***UPS Expedited/Saver/Standard options: 3-7 days for delivery. Shipping cost based on your location. Duties and Taxes WILL BE DUE upon the arrival of your order, depending on your country.***

Any international customs, duties, or tax fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
